Your appointment is final once we confirm it. Let us know in time if you can’t make it, and tell us beforehand what we should know about your pet.
Scope
These terms apply to dog spa appointments, dog walking, in-home pet sitting and pre- and post-operative care by Luns Farm. Orders in the web shop follow the web shop’s own terms.
Appointments
An appointment is only final once we confirm it by phone or email. Can’t make it? Let us know as soon as possible on +32 471 324 508, so we can give the time to another dog.
About your pet
Tell us beforehand about your pet’s health, behaviour and any medication. That way we can adapt the grooming or sitting, and treat your pet safely and calmly.
Sitting and walks
Sitting and walks start with a free introduction. For sitting we collect the key and return it after the period.
Prices
The price depends on the service, the breed and the coat. We discuss it with you beforehand.
