  1. Who is responsible?

    Luns Farm, Kattebroekstraat 213, 1700 Dilbeek, is responsible for the details you send us through this website. For questions about your details, contact us at info@lunsfarm.com.

  2. Which details do we process?

    What you fill in yourself in a form: your name, phone number and email address, your question or message, details about your dog for an appointment, and for an application your experience and optionally a link to your work.

  3. What do we use them for?

    Only to answer your question, plan your appointment or review your application. We don’t sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Forms reach us by email through our mail service.

  4. Cookies and the map

    This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. We only remember your chosen theme and language in your browser. The map on the contact page comes from Google Maps and only loads when you ask for it; Google may then set cookies.

  5. How long do we keep them?

    As long as needed to handle your question or appointment. We keep applications until the vacancy is filled, unless you allow us to keep them longer.

  6. Your rights

    You can always ask to see, correct or delete your details at info@lunsfarm.com. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
